Reuters found no evidence that Meloni’s government either announced or launched a Family Pride month, nor a Family Pride month that counters or replaces LGBTQ Pride. One Facebook user who shared a photo of a rally on June 6 said it was taken from the launch of Family Pride month in May in Rome (here). He added to Reuters in an email: “A possible ‘Family Pride’ month is not a priority and is not something we currently have interest in.”VERDICTNo evidence.
